What you'll do:

• Get Trained to become a CLOSER right away.
• Learn to generate interest in costumers with our program.
• Door to Door Sales
• Network and look for opportunities for engagement with our program.
• Educate home owners on benefits to switching to renewable energy.
• Confidently discuss options and close contracts.
• Learn and grow into the solar industry.

What you'll need:

• Highly motivated and driven.
• A valid driver's license
• A cell phone (preferably a smartphone). Ipad Needed our CRM only run in Apple for right now
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
• A flexible schedule that allows for some evening and weekend appointments.
• Be highly persuasive, self-disciplined and honest work ethic.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year (1099 Independent contractor)
